Review a Violation Video

Driving is a privilege and not a right.

There are rules to the road so that we may all go from place to place and expect a comfortable, safe trip. Some drivers have decided the rules of the road do not necessarily have their best interest in mind. These drivers have created a personal set of guidelines that effect all drivers and passengers in motor vehicles.

Excessive speeding, multiple lane changes, weaving around moving vehicles and using the median or shoulder as a new lane cause not only accidents and fatalities but road rage and time delays for all who follow behind those incidents.

All of us drive a little safer when we see a police officer. Trying not to draw the attention of the officer resulting in a traffic stop and drain to the wallet makes all drivers pay attention. Once the officer is no longer in sight, some drivers go back to making up their own rules of the road.

Illinois Video Traffic Enforcement, Inc. was incorporated in 2000 for the sole purpose of assisting law enforcement in monitoring, recording and reporting motor vehicle movements and violations.

Using the best in doppler digital radar and high definition video we record the moving violation and verbally back up the video with the license plate number. The video clips are self evident when reviewed. A violation is determined and the registration information of the offending vehicle is merged with a civil notice. The notice is sent to the registered owner of the vehicle. Upon receipt of such notice the owner may review the clip on the web site, pay for the violation, request a copy of the clip or request a court hearing.

Safety on the roads will dramatically increase and the additional revenue to the state will help improve all public services.
